Energy Management

Stress is, first of all, a matter of perception. It arises the moment we feel overwhelmed. Make use of your body’s early warning system to recognize the causes sooner. Your somatic markers want to be heard. Be sure to schedule strategic regeneration.

Optimism

Your brain has a bias toward the negative. That’s why we tend to overestimate dangers and risks. Negative experiences imprint themselves more strongly in our memory. You can interrupt the downward spiral of your thoughts through conscious practice. Gratitude is the key to optimism.

Acceptance

In life, things happen that can have a serious impact on us but are beyond our control. Acceptance frees up energy that you can invest in areas where you can make a positive difference.
